Add a Claude Animation to PowerPoint or Google Slides

A live animation makes a slide land. But PowerPoint and Google Slides can't embed a Claude artifact — it's HTML, and they want a video file. Convert first, then insert.

Step 1: Export to MP4

Export your design from Claude, drop it on claudevideo.app, and render an MP4 at 1080p (or 4K if you're presenting on a big screen). MP4 is the format both apps embed most reliably.

Step 2: Insert it

PowerPoint: Insert → Video → This Device → pick your MP4. Set it to Play automatically and, for a background loop, Loop until Stopped in the Playback tab.

Google Slides: upload the MP4 to Google Drive first, then Insert → Video → Google Drive. In Format options you can set autoplay and trim.

Tips

  • Loop seamlessly — match the first and last frame so the clip repeats without a jump.
  • Match the aspect ratio to your slide (usually 16:9) so there are no black bars.
  • Presenting offline? Keep the MP4 embedded (PowerPoint) or downloaded — don't rely on a live internet connection.

Because the export is lossless frame-by-frame, it stays crisp even projected large. Convert your animation →
